Brake pad selection
Hi all,
The Mrs has a Volvo V40 SE lux nav D2 MY2014 manual handbrake manual transmission Her brakes need doing all round, done brakes on several cars now and have all the necessary tools, just not information. I have 2 options for the front pads when ordering from eurocarparts. It's vented disks But front pads confused me, I have these two options: These Or These I have only ever had one fitment option and this has thrown me, any help identifying the correct fitment would be appreciated

I would strongly recommend getting genuine Volvo parts from some of the sellers that offer them at trade prices on e-bay.
Such as this seller : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-V...UAAOSwgmJX0Btx If you e-mail or ring them with your registration number they will match the exact parts you need from the Volvo computer system and you get them at trade price. There is no better quality parts available - members on hear frequently complain about the poor quality of aftermarket brake parts from the likes of Apec, Mintex, National, Brembo etc. especially on the heavier/XC models. If you do prefer to buy aftermarket however, Pagid and ATE tend to be the most favorable.
