Have you tried this scrapper in Denny http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showth...ight=headswood

Also I would try Braydons or Salvo down south. I used Braydons recently and was very impressed

They are a breakers who have for as long I can remember been stripping Volvos. I have never used them but know people who have and seem pleased. Phone number from the internet and checked in local phone book.

Tried Strathmore in Perth? Bit of a longshot, but they might have something sitting on a shelf - you never know...

Really hope you get something, I like the 340s, it's still a pretty car in this world of jelly moulds.

Quick edit - I think there is some kind of 340 club in the Netherlands, you'll need to do an internet search though - my memory's shot - I bet they'd be able to sort you out with the bit you need...

Anuver edit, just because the 340s are damn fine looking cars...

www.volvo300mania.com

I just saw the pix and it reminds me of my old 340GL - it was petrol blue - i really loved that car - my first Volvo

GOOD LUCK!!!
