Hi again, does anyone know what the tyre pressure is for a 145 estate ? for front and back... thanks !

Default 145 tyre pressures

volvo 145 tyre pressures are when cold with normal load with 175R 15 tyres
Front 25psi
Rear 26 PSI
Maximum 40 PSI
Tyres c78-15 (8PR)
front 21 PSI
Rear 26.PSI
Max 40PSI
Note for sustained high speed driving over 75 mph increase cold pressure by 4PSI but do not exceed maximum pressure of 40 PSI

What size tyres are actually fitted to your car? It will probably be a bit of trial and error to find the optimum pressure for your needs, especially if you car does not have the original spec wheels and/or tyres.

I've run 164s (if you're new to old Volvos, it's a similar car) with various combinations of wheel and tyre size and have tried out different pressures; happy to share relevant observations once I know what tyres you are running.

Meanwhile, treat the Volvo figure as the minimum safe pressure.
