The car park may be busy but I will try and find a pitch big enough for 15+ cars.

I am open to suggestions to a better meet location but can't think of anywhere better.

PM or post on here if you will be attending. Give me a good idea of how many people are coming.

Ta!

It is that one.

You say we? bringing more than two cars or just more than yourself in one car?

Parking is free for 2 hours in Motorway services... after that they will charge you, and there's no avoiding it either as ANPR cameras read your plate going in and going out... I know this because my Volvo FM12 had a puncture whilst I was on a 45min break in Wetherby Services, by the time the tyre fitter had been and done his thing I'd been parked up for 4 hours, my office got a £80 notice and they 'tried' to deduct it from my hard earned.... but they failed...!

plus I wouldn't really want to be paying £378 for a paper cup of Costa Coffee, and a pre packed Ginsters sandwich... or £32.00 for a small bottle of coke...

a small pub where we can get a ploughmans and a orange juice for £5.00 would be loads better

Okay gents. There is a nice pub in Collingham, "The Half moon" - Beer Garden, Good food and drink. Should also have enough parking for 15 cars.

http://www.wheresbest.co.uk/venue/81982/The-Half-Moon/

If you were to get off the A1/M1 Junction 45 and follow signs for Collingham and then to Harewood House.

The Half Moon
Harewood Road
Collingham
Wetherby
West Yorkshire
LS22 5BL

Let me know your thoughts on this venue.

There aren't many good pubs with enough car parking for in Wetherby, hence the suggestion for this pub in Collingham.
