Its like the PSSSSSSHT sound but with any massive stutter.

I have located my turbo actuator and shaft, it appears to be fairly on the rusty side of things and there is slight play on the shaft if i touch it with my finger. Am i to presume there should be no play at all in this shaft?

I think its also the turbo chatter,Mine does this with my Cozzy induction kit
