It never happened during driving, i mean, start the car, start driving with car in normal conditions and during the march lose power/boost, it always happen when i start the car and start driving, i feel imediatly in the 1st and 2nd gear...no normal boost. When i feel it, normally i restart the car and problem is solved but since yesterday the car stays same..... the car restart is not working... I hope made myself clear!! Thanks for any further help. |

I had boost issues with my 1.9d when I got it a few years ago. My issue was caused by the egr valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). I blanked mine off with a metal plate between the actuator and the valve itself to stop the valve being opened. You could try unplugging the actuator and take that for a test and hope that shows you the problem.
I have tried to make myself easy to translate, hope I have helped.

It is likely to be the egr.
Unplugging may diagnose, but not if its sticking open, which is a likelihood. Is yours 105 bhp or 115, 130? If 105 the egr valve and housing clog horrifically! |

Your map sensor might be screwed or the pressure feed to it blocked. On the 105 (not sure about other two) this feed comes from egr housing and gets clogged with crud. No map sensing pressure or map rataining pressure, could fool engine or make it 'go safe' and open boost solenoid keeping boost low rather than potentially damaging engine.

When my egr was causing boost problems I disconnected my mass air flow sensor which fixed my problem. The sensor wasn't the cause but it helped me to understand that the problem was electrical and not mechanical.

Hello again.
After erase the faults codes from the ECU I had the car running normally till 2 days ago. Si, after erase the faults, the car was okay during 7 months. The symptoms back. Seems that the car goes in save mode..... Made today new diagnosis to the ECU and the defaults are: 1826 permanent 1815 intermittent 1806 intermittent 1802 intermittent 1804 intermittent Any idea where to start from? Thanks for any help. |

First one seems to be glow plug relay.
Should not affect boost tough... Second one is boost pressure solenoid. Seems that your actuator is going bad. It is quite easy to check and replace as it seats on the firewall on the passenger side. |
