Default Replacement tensioner... HeLP!

So, my tensioner on the aux belt is broken causing the auxiliary belt to keep snapping.

This caused a whole world of problems (cylinder head damage).

However, it appears that Volvo do not make a replacement tensioner for my 61 plate S60 D3.

They also dont supply the tools for the work around.

This is going to cost me an extra £300 Inc parts a d labour

So, anyone know where I can source a second hand one very quickly and what exactly I am looking for?

Thanks

I don't really understand the problem? The tensioner for the D5204T7 engine is a standard part available from pretty much any parts supplier and fairly easy to change.

I'm not sure of any work around? If the tensioner has failed your belt will come off.

I would not recommend a second hand one as that is likely to fail very quickly also.

These people are local to you I think?

The tensioner on these cars are too strong and the damn belts keep snapping, nothing to understand here. I have the same problem and I'm changing the belt every 20000 kms.
