The classis estate is not a high pressure Turbo. You need a turbo model to get the HPT, ahowever its only the wastegate actuator thats different (and you get a turbo gauge and a chassis brace).
Idle problems are rarely the idle control valve. If the engine can't idle with valve closed (squeeze the pipe closed with your fingers) there is something else wrong. |

Well, as far as I know its the HPT has the turbo gauge and thats what it says on the owners handbook- 170BHP model.

Strange, my sister had one of these of that year. The owners manual covers several models.
Does the engine say B230FT on it? |

Moomin is a 940 Classic as badged, 230FT engine. 1995.

230FK is low pressure, FT high pressure, both are the same but one runs a lower boost, its easily undone with a manual controller and a guage to 10psi or above.
