Starting problem from cold

Hi there
My s60 d5 is really grumpy starting from cold,I get diesel knock,and have to push accelerator pedal to start her,when running its quite lumpy,after a minute or so it started on the button with the key and don't have to touch accelerator,drive it for a few minutes and its fine,i have changed 1 injector but still the same.The car was stood for quite some time with a low 54k on it,any suggestions

First I would check your glow plug resistances, should be around 0.6 ohms.
