In UK you've got loads of springs available for 400 series so where is the problem ?
I've got a set of G-max bought a few years ago in one online shops in UK. They said it will be -40mm but really it was almost 50mm.
Right now I've got set of KONI with yellow shocks waiting to be fitted

I'm running PI springs.

They seem to have dropped it more than 40mm, more like 50 I think.

Best make sure your dampers are in good order though, my presumably original fronts bottom out on anything bigger than a pebble. Certainly makes you pay attention!!

Steve : "Aye, best slow down for these train tracks, the suspension doesn't have much give in it"

Steve drops from 50 to 45 mph, the 460 cracks over the tracks and destroys my spine.

Steve (drags on cigarette) : "You mard, I slowed down."
