Default S40 limp mode and pulsating acceleration

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice regarding my S40 2.0D. Since October this limp mode and pulses when I accelerate are giving me a headache. I have cleaned the dpf filter and then earlier this year I've changed it. I've also changed the differential pressure sensor. But after around 1000km, the symptoms are back.
Ran i quick diagnosis I have the following code:
  • ECM-242F Particle trap. Blocked
  • ECM-2452 Particle trap pressure sensor. Faulty signal
  • ECM-2456 Pressure sensor, particle filter. Signal missing
  • CPM-5301 Control module. Over heated

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi
When you changed the DPF did you “tell” the car it had been replaced? Did you also check the integrity of the sensing pipes from the DPF to the sensor? On mine one of the pipes was perished and leaking slightly so only a reduced pressure was being picked up. The flexible pipes do fail due to the heat. Mine looked intact but had split under the outer protective sleeve.
Does your car have EOLYS for your DPF? You don’t give the year of your car. If it does have EOLYs has it been topped up and counter reset?

About the pipes!!

You need to post in the S40/V50/C30/C70 forum as this one only deals with S/V40 upto 2004.

Ah, you are correct. Mine is from 2006. I'll post there. Thank you.
