On a non-Volvo car, I have used Celtic Tuning in the past who recommended a local garage to me. Good service all round so no issues.

Pass on the transmission, mine was a manual car and wouldn't have though about the transmission. Just check that the transmission is rated to manage the tuned engine power and torque.

I had my 185 d5 mapped 6 months ago and touchwood no problems it has made a big improvement in the way it drives and pulls off. The mpg has improved aswell the place I used haven’t gone for all out power which I liked and everything is within factory limits it hasn’t mapped the gearbox but it behaves better due to the torque increase.

I recommended the place on another group I’m on and a few with the 205 bhp have had them done and they’ve all said it’s a massive difference.

They’re in Nottingham if you’re anywhere near there.
