It does photograph well. Note that although it says the the Amazon was uprated in 1961 to the B18, this one is still a B16. The changes came about with the 1962 model year which did start to be delivered late 1961. The fact that it does have the B16 may have affected the price. They go well but are a bit fragile due to the 3 bearing crank. Engine parts hard to find. It is also 6 volt. Rare car though, not many around. I hope the new owner enjoys it.
My first Amazon back in the mid 60's was a two tone red and white 1961 B16 122s so a bit of nostalgia for me. 😎 |
