Hi All
Just bought a 2010 S60 D5 SE LUX 54k and I am having a problem with some damp in the boot the inside of the back window is really wet and the car is steaming up is there anywhere water could come from apart from the boot seal I did dry out the water in the boot 2 days ago and checked tonight and it was dry but the back window was still wet inside and the car still steaming up |

Have you checked the rear parcel shelf ? If that is holding moisture that would steam up the back window. If it does not feel wet some silica gel packs will help remove the moisture.
In the recent snow I found the angle of the rear screen is perfect for snow to slide straight into the boot avoiding the drainage channel when the boot lid is opened ![]() Otherwise, no water in the boot of my Jan. 2011 S60. Has the car been rear ended at any time ? Have you checked the rear light clusters ? They are the usual weak spots for water getting into a boot.

Has the car got a sunroof? Drainage pipes for sunroofs can get blocked.
