Default Halfords Trade card

Worth getting Soon. heard they are about to change the policy which will make it a lot harder if not impossible for most

Its very very easy to get one. Use "Excel" etc , find a invoice template and fill it in with some rubbish details . few copies , fill in as a receipt for work done etc

5 mins later, card in had and a big saving !

No wonder than that halfords are closing the loophole if all and sundry abuse it?

I had a trade card but hardly ever used it as online sources were still MUCH cheaper than halfords even with the trade card. Wipers being one of the items.

HUGE markup in halfords, use the trade card, it knocks loads off. Or just go to carparts4less and buy them cheaper in the first place

Halfords guarentee to match any trade price as I have often found they are just as cheap although I noramally only use them for their pro range of tools.
A few months ago Halfords were the only company near me that had in stock a dizzy cap for the 740 and it was cheaper than the price given by a trade supplier around the corner.
Also with Halfords it is very easy to get refunds of items that you bought and didn't need where most trade place will charge for returns and online suppliers wont except returns.

There I have actually said something in favour about Hlafords. please don't tell anyone I said that.

I bought a wiper blade from them couple of days back. Bosch blade was £8.69 standard price and was reduced to £2.98 on trade card. Gobsmacked !
Their own products apparently carry a higher discount and the their own wiper blade come down from around £6.50 to £2.06.
Well worth having !

i think you'll find "doing a barclays" is something entirely different, and should not be done in view of the local motor factors cashier
