Spoiler removal

Hi anyone know of how to remove a spoiler of v70 ph2?
I've took the bolts out disconnected the break light, it's stuck solid, any advice would be great thank you

It's stuck with large double sided pads. If fitted a spoiler to my previous XC70 and then removed it before the car went for salvage. It took a lot of gentle levering to get it off without damage.
