I'd be interested in the roller blinds (maybe depending on colour). What colour are they and are they OK and with all brackets?

I's also be interested in an eggcrate grille, one of mine is cracked and held together with superglue.

I'm always up for headlights with good little wipers on (9 or facelift 760 style, not shovelfront).

Depending on how far away you are (since they are not postable) I'm also after 1041s with G80, preferably 3.33:1.

I also need a good front carpet (!).

However I'd urge you not to lose faith. There was a member in Scotland who took - I forget exactly how much, maybe £250 off me and then could not complete the sale - and it took ages to get my money back - but eventually he made good and I think he had really been suffering on the money front so I think none the worse off him.

There's another member in Scotland who also owes me money back from a transaction that could not complete, but it sounds like he has also had a really **** time.

I think another member who sold me a gearbox with a (disclosed) fault also rather saw me coming.

But in general the members seem to be helpful, well informed, and stars.

I'm still a comparitive newbie to this site, but maybe a message to admin to highlight the 'bad people' you've come across on here?
I'd rather see the back of them rather than a decent member.
It seems such a shame you're giving up the lot because of a few bad eggs.

It seems a huge shame for someone with your experience and love for these cars to sell up just because there are a few rotten apples in the barrel. However, I'm afraid that, whatever barrel you look in there will be a few of them, so if you do switch to another marque there is every likelihood that you will find the same problem whichever you go to...
I also agree with what other people have said - maybe a word in the ear of the admin about those who are causing the grief would be a good idea.

You've been on here since April 2014, is that correct ? I am obviously oblivious to what's been going on but most forums have a few bad apples, however the huge amount of good helpful members on here must outweigh the bad one's by a huge amount so I don't think the grass will be any greener whatever marque you choose to follow.
Like others say, don't do anything too hasty mate or they've won.
