I've got a spare Ph1 T4 engine in the garage, if it is just bits you need give me a shout and we can always sort something out.

What sort of price are you looking at spending on one?
I have my T4 that is about to become a track day car, RICA remap, strut brace front and rear, eggcrate grill (soon to have FK suspension) and the Evo 3 brake upgrade for the front.
For the right money I would be willing to let her go though

I'm just after a head (possibly coil packs and leads depending on price). I'm thinking of just getting it fixed to be honest, I don't think I'll have enough to play with as you'd be looking for (under £1000). But please let me know how much you'd want for the head if you're willing to split. Also, how many miles has it done?
Thanks

No worries mate, head can come off without issues, I am already splitting it down.
I 'believe' it had 82K on it (I bought it from a guy on here as it happens as part of a big build).
Get yours checked first mate to see wxactly what is up, there may be no need for the head

Its in the garage on tuesday, with any luck a new belt and tensioners will be enough but to be honest i'll be lucky if I haven't bent any valves. How much do you want for it, and if needs be I'll have it off you mid week? If you'll sell the coilpacks I'll have em regardless.

Thanks

East coast near Scarborough, not a place worth knowing I'll either pay for a courier/postage or find a lift over your way. Fingers crossed I don't need it but as I say I'll know wednesday if I do, and I'll definately have it if needs be.

I'll be in touch!

Cheers

Just to say I don't think I need the head, got the cambelt and tensioners changed and it seems to be running ok now.

Thanks
