How do I decode Product Identification Plate?
I'm sure there's a post somewhere on here about how to decode the product identification plate but I can't find it.
From what I can identify the paint code is black metallic 332-22 and the trim is leather 7970. But I don't know how to read the top line 84*98/14*0007*13 nor how to decode what I believe is suspension related 2BV2BX or what the 15 in right-hand box means. Does anyone have a link to a post that might help me identify = = = P.S. FWIW here's a Volvo VIN decoder I found in my searches, which details any US recalls for the car ... https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check-lookup and this one has paint codes ... https://www.erievovo.com/volvo-help/...ar-paint-codes

I think I've sort of found my answer, so put it here to help others ...
https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=131144 It's got a link to a pdf which decodes the suspension code for an earlier format, so it "might" work for the X40 models. I've attached the pdf here too. It seems that 2BV2BX could mean ... Front spring struts = 2B = dynamic Front anti roll bar = V = 19 dia = Comfort, Dynamic or Sport Rear suspension = 2B = dynamic Rear anti-roll bar = X = 16 dia = Dynamic or Sport

What does this code mean?
Anyone know how to decode the top line of the product identification plate on the S/V40?
Mine shows 84*98/14*0007*13 ?
