I can confirm that the 2.0 T5 engine was also available in Ireland also for tax reasons. I test drove a P1 2000 V70 manual with that engine a number of years ago and it was a spirited drive to put it mildly and I have driven three other 2.3 T5 V70s! I have read an unconfirmed report spmewhere that the 2.0 T5 used a 18T turbo. I was left wondering if it had proper forged T5 pistons and rods, however.

I saw an add for a nice C70 described as a 2.4 T5, I asked the seller which it was, a 2.4T or a T5 - he said that it was the Volvo 5 cylinder turbo which makes it a T5! People make the mistake because gen 2 T5s were the 2.4 engine
