Default ARB Bushes - Anyone done it?

Hi All,

My S60 R-Design has a knocking on the NSR over uneven surfaces, which has been going on for nearly a year now.

After replacing the shock, drop link & the out of shape tire and checking all the other usual suspects (removing tool kit, boot floor, folding rear seats etc.) it can now surely only be the Anti Roll Bar bushes or the top mount (spring is also fine too)

Is replacing the bushes a relatively easy job? as this seems the cheapest (possibly!) I will ask my local garage to try this first or if it won't be too much, just replace both parts and see.
