Default Turbo upgrade. Going from my 15g to the 18g

I am converting a td04hl-15G to a TD0518g for my 96 850 t5. What pitfalls should I watch out for? What modification need to be done to complete the process once the 18g turbo is bolted on.

I know I'll need a map aswell I'll need to make sure that the flanges are straight and not angled.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Angled flanges are better.

I just saw you are looking at td05, does any of that even bolt straight on?

Default Ferrita stainless exhaust....

I keep some angled flange downpipes with 100 cel cats in stock and cat back sports exhausts from Ferrita in Sweden.

My website is down at present but you can email me or 'phone for quotes...

Regards, Don.

Yes it all bolts on luckily. Just need to change my flange on my downpipe. I was going to install a 19t but sold it for a 18g.
