CEM recovery on desk

Ok, what happened is:
I have official license to VIDA, and Volvo approved J2534S-cable.
my idea is to code a used ECM to replacement to original, and update it to stage1 program from VDash
-I connected computer to car, (and installed batt charger, and used park lights to save power)
-I planned to try some cheap/free update to some module (this time UEM)
-I got connection to Volvo server, and it found my car VIN, and told that this car has to updates since new (lang change in 2004, and core program update 2.0 at 2007, nothing more, everything else is original)
-i got into to program state with vida,but when trying to download new software, I got an error
-I got out from program state, and then after 30s I lost all power
-only service light lids, when turning the key, nothing else

So, suppost the CEM is messed with this..

i'm now trying to take CEM out, and on desk, and try to figure out what connection I have to make, to be able to run VIDA without car.

I know there are guys done this, but I don't have time and money to send unit anywhere, so req. advice, also pm jouttela//gmail.com
