Post#52, Dec. 14. You stated VLV had confirmed the valve was RHD. Did they send you the wrong information?

Edit:
Just a thought, if their valve is indeed for LHD only, I wonder if the lever from said valve could be used to replace the cranked lever on the valves we have just bought from CarBOX24.

The email I got off them today was very short, simpley said "sorry for the error, they are for LHD" so yes they did send the wrong information originally, With regards to swopping the cranked lever on the valves from CARBOX, I have explained a very simple way of doing this in one of my post, takes about 10 - 15 minutes, Now having said that, I am waiting for an adaptor plate to arrive off Luke (360 beast) then I will be able to see if and how it works with a cranked lever, before swopping levers, I will post my findings once the adaptor plate arrives in a couple of weeks. David.

It was good of VLV to advise you of their error.
Agreed David, that you have already posted (#67) how you transferred the lever from the LHD valve to the RHD valve. My thoughts were in the event that the lever from an old sacrificial valve was not available.

But surely you would have a straight lever to use on the valve that is to be replaced, that would be the time to swop the levers, I only used a LHD valve for the lever because it was of no use to me, David.
