Default Volvo V40 D2 injector trouble

Dear forum members,

I would be pleased to get your ideas about the following.

I own a 2015 Volvo V40 D2 with 180K kms on it. When I went for the yearly technical examination, the garage informed me that the maximum amount of particles for Diesel emissions was reached for this car. They advised me first to try to add a diesel filter cleaner to a full tank of fuel and drive around 3K rpm's and hope that the Diesel filter would be cleaned after finishing the tank. After driving about 800 km's, the engine went into limp mode (the turtle!) after that I drove another 800 km's back to The Netherlands. I went to the garage and they discovered that the turbo hose was broken. So, they replaced it. However, after that the car started giving another problem: it appeared that the 2nd cylinder stopped working and only 3 cylinders worked. I thought it was a bit strange; I brought the car in limp mode, but with all 4 cylinders working and now I got the car back with the new turbo hose but walking on 3 legs! So, since im a bit paranoid about repair shops and since I like to work on cars, I decided to take the car home and try to look at it myself.

I attached my OBD2 scanner to the car, and this is what I got:

If im correct, P1262 means a problem with the #2 injector (or wiring to it).

Would it be too bluntly just replace injector two? (after I check the wiring harness/connector?) Or should I first look at other possible causes?

Looking very much forward for your ideas, it is very much appreciated Thanks in advance.
