Hi all,
Just the facts after a few months on the drive I went for a shake down in Greta, I noticed that the charge and brake warning lights were very dim put a voltmeter to the battery 9volts. Replaced the alternator now 13.6volts but the charge and brake warning light is on bright. Any idea why or what to check next I have replaced the female spade terminal to the alternator as the original was well corroded. Regards Scott |

Hi All,
All sorted an excellent example of just because there is only one spade terminal it doesn't mean it's the correct terminal. On the replacement alternator the spade terminal was a tacho feed and the warning light was an M5 threaded post. Regards Scott |
