Default 1979 Volvo 245 estate with B23 turbo engine

I am selling my 1979 245 estate fitted with a B23FT engine from a 1998 940 turbo. See previous owners build thread below.*

http://forum.retro-rides.org/thread/...owner?page=7**

So below, is what the car looks like in my ownership. I was on the lookout for a pre-1980 245 for a long time, so I had very set plans in my head of what I wanted to do.

I bought P1800S wheels from Scandix and had them banded 3 inches, and powdercoated. They then fit the original chrome hubcaps. I had a full custom stainles steel exhaust made from the downpipe back. I fitted new IPD springs all round and changed the shocks for Longer Gaz shocks again, all round. This helps deal with the terrible roads locally here. I fitted a non-rusty tailgate, a new distributor cap, rotor arm, engine mounts, battery and clamp, passenger track arm, brake pipe mounts and slave cylinder. It's fully serviced to a high standard. I fitted a better M47 gearbox and have the other spare.

I've probably done a lot of othjer jobs I've enjoyed tinkering away at, and forgotten**

Sadly, while this is an introduction of sorts, I'm putting it up for sale I'm afraid. I have too many projects, and they're kind of getting on top of me at the moment. This will have to go. Along with a huge amount of spares free with the sale.*

I'm looking for £7k sterling for a quick sale, which is what I bought it for, minus the pile of money I have spent on it since.*

This car was previously on UK plates, which should help if returning to the UK.

I live in Dublin, 10 mins from the Dublin Port and Dublin Airport. Interested parties can be collected in the car.

Anyone looking for an awesome reliable estate with hilarious amounts of power please contact me on daveoleary111@Gmail.com* *

I'm not sure about the power, probably 200-230ish. I had plans for bigger injectors and tuning, which are very easily done, but it really doesn't need it.....
