Default 65 plate S60 Check engine light...

Hello there, first time posting....

So I bought 65 plate S60 D4 close to 3 months ago, from day one every so often ‘reduced engine performance’ warning light would show on dash every now and again, but wit no loss of power or any sign of an issue... Last couple of weeks been getting slight hesitation in first and second gear, felt as if there was a fuel blockage but very slight. Returned car to dealer yesterday, they could find no codes from OBD read, so just checked fuel pipes, then they took it for test drive and found no loss of power. So I drove home from Birmingham to Liverpool and car was fine despite still suffering this occasional slight hesitation when pulling off from lights etc. So was thinking it could be fuel filter which is a cheap repair. Then today as soon as I got into car and pushed start ‘check engine’ light on panel which doesn’t go away like the ‘reduced engine performance’ does....
Gonna have to drive back to Brum first thing Monday, am assuming they will at least have a code to work with now, under warranty until the 30th.
Any help or guidance appreciated, anyone local with a Volvo specific OBD would be great too👍🏼

My generic code reader works fine on my XC60 so no need to seek out a Volvo specific reader.
