battery first, then check the starter.
Two cells different to the rest of the battery is indicative of a battery failure. Once you have the new battery in place, get a current draw test on the starter. As Dave has said, the starter wears and eventually the bushes that support the armature (the rotating bit of an electric motor) become so worn that the armature comes into contact with the outer frame of the starter. The motor will turn still, but it will be slow and drag a HUGE amount of current. |

So far so good guys, 4 days of fast starting and pretty regular operation
I'll see if my brother can give me his leccy knowledge and we'll check the starter next time I see him just to be sure 😉 Thanks for all the help guys, all of it very much appreciated! |
