Fitting mud flaps to a XC60
Hi just thought I'd share this with everyone, an easy guide to fitting mud flaps to a MY14.5 R Design XC60. I would think fitting them to the other models would be the same or similar.
In all it took me about 15 mins, I used genuine Volvo flaps and I didn't remove any trim or wheels or jack the car. The Volvo dealer offered to fit them for me with a charge of £60+ vat. Tools required 1/4 ratchet with a Torx driver and adaptor. You can use the original screws or the new one supplied they are both the same. Undo the bolts, hold the appropriate flap in place and reinsert the screws, making sure the trim goes in the right place. Its as simple as that. Ive attached photos, for a visual reference
