Default Low Oil Level

I have a 2016 MY V40 T2 petrol automatic. When I have checked the electronic dipstick it has always read OK but is now reading Low Oil. Do I need to be concerned about this? I have not had a message to add any oil so not sure what to do. The car has done 11k miles since last service and will be serviced again in a few weeks time.

After reading several posts about the D4 engine I added 200ml of oil and electronic dipstick now reading OK MAX so not really that low on oil at all which I assume is why I wasn't getting the add 0.5L of oil message in the display.
