Default V40 2L Diesel 2015 PCV valve

Hi. I have a 2L Diesel and there is oil getting onto the air filter via the air duct pipe. The mechanic had told me that it could be the Turbo bipassing oil into the air box. However, there appears to be no oil on the air pipe going down to the Turbo but there is oil on the upper part of the air duct which leads to the air box which incorporates the pipe from the PCB valve. Could this be the cause of the oil found in the duct pipe leading to the air box? Also, can the.PCV valve be taken apart and cleaned? I have asked Volvo about a new PCV valve and they say it is part of the Rocker cover and will cost about £158 plus VAT for the part. Has anyone had a similar problem with this?
