Hi,

I suspect something similar to the dropping from one of these:

If I remember rightly, only about 2700 V90 were imported to the Uk in the series life. Not sure on the saloon numbers, but they can't have been much better.

Not sure whether Pete, the Register Keeper, might be able to help you...

Des. . .

Edit: Found this:
Linky....

I believe that this model is a slight stretch on thje normal S90. I think the extra space in the back is about 6-8 inches. The rear seats are individual bucket style seats with knobs on - individual heating, reclining all electric control. There is a separate rear aircon control. Additional features can include a small cooler/fridge and entertainment system.

The style was intended for the Japanese market for executives/plush company cars. I do recall seeing one of these on eBay some (long) time back.

Yes there is one in this country! Those of you who went tothe National BKV at Quainton this year will remember seeing it there along with two V90 ambulances, a couple of hearses and a 760 executive, among others. The Royale is priced at around £8,000 and has only done about 40,000 miles. Should you be able to purchase this rather wonderful car you will be as proud as Punch! A check of the BKV attendees may well turn up the owner's address (he also has the ambulances, at least a couple are for sale).

All the best, Peter.

Finding one may be a bit difficult. I heard that most were destined for the Japanese market and very few were made.

Finding one with a decent mileage will be the hard part I suppose.
