440 \ 460 Mk1 front wings (and other items) wanted!

Aye, me again.

Has anyone got a pair of very good second hand or NOS front wings laying around for a very early 460 on a G plate?

Managed to find a pair of decent first - series wing mirrors at a breakers in Southampton, so that's all good. Will have to contact a spray place to sort out the extra Yale racing stripe a kind Rock Ferry resident added to it though.....

A GLT \ CD leather interior and a better Momo Daytona steering wheel would also be nice, as would a dealer fit boot liner. Going on a bit of an OEM hunt as I managed to track down a lovely set of Vegas that are en route to Blighty as we speak.............

Sounds like an interesting project - you are obviously getting well stick into the black beast...

I'm off to a breakers yard that had a series 1 440 there last time i was in. I think the upholstry is the same cloth pattern as the 460 GLE / Turbo. Do you want a driver's side door trim still?

YES PLEASE.

If you see what the wings are like on as well, that would be top. Doesn't matter what colour they are - I'll get them resprayed. Blending will be an arse though..........



With Vegas fitted.....

I had a set of Vega's on my 300 a while back, they look much much better on a 400. Great to see one getting some attention to, they've not had much recently.

Looking good. Sadly, I went to the yard to find that the 440 was in a cube

A reasonable 480 auto was there though, pretty much complete. That shall be cubed on Monday

I shall keep my eye out for mk1 440/460 bits down here and keep you posted.

Silly question but are front wings silly money from Volvo?

I Have the full leather interior out of my G reg 440T if your interested? I have all the door cards as well attached to the doors. I got some wing mirrors as well.
