Default Have I got a blocked pipe?

My 2013 S60 T5 has been doing some strange things when I fill up and I wondered if anyone could point in the right direction.

For some time now each time after I've filled up and restart the engine it cuts out but then the next try it goes and is fine after that. More recently when I'm filling up the nozzle trips and the pump cuts out. It can take around twenty goes to get it filled up. It's like when the fuel is going in the air has nowhere to go and the pressure makes the nozzle think the tank is full.

Is there a breather pipe somewhere which could be blocked? Any other ideas also welcome.
