reggit Premier Member Last Online: May 17th, 2024 11:54 Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Preston	I'd just by a known good lump and chuck it in - the non-turbo petrol engines are all the same as far as I know in the P2 range. If you go down this line, change the belts as a matter of course as you won't know their history. A quick look on ebay shows prices from £150 for a bare engine and £200 complete with ancillaries - of course you have the cost to get the engine to the car as well.
