Default V70 Rear Anti Roll Bar Bushes?

Ive had an advisory for my rear anti roll bar bushes the past couple of years so considering replacing.

It looks like a bit of a faff - anyone done it?

Putting a new ARB on would probably be easier but dont want to fork out £200 for one...

Thats good to hear! Hopefully my old ones come off ok seeing as they're loose / have play anyway.

The new ones look like they need compressing to get the bracket back on and bolt lined up?
