  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default help with immobiliser

my immobiliser keep's staying on and the only way i can get it to come off is to leave the car unlocked for about half an hour or set the alarm off on purpose both of which dont always work any ideas

what kind of immobiliser , the standard volvo one ? the alarm and immobiliser are separate to each other ...

what you need to do is change the antenna ring around the ignition switch AND renew the terminals on the immobiliser control unit under the steering column . you need
10 of these part number 978304 = female , 8 for the job and 2 spare !
These two actions cure two different problems , best do them both at the same time .
