Hello, can anyone confirm the correct size of wiper blades for the front screen; 1998 V70 - many thanks

Yes ^^^^, indeed. I use 21" on the fronts and 17" on the tailgate of my '98 V70.

I find that Bosch SP 21S's (I like to balance them with a spoiler on both sides!!) and, SP17's are absolutely fine ...... none of the fancy expensive stuff is necessary!

many thanks both for that. My MOT man has fitted some awful looking flat aero things to get a pass on the MOT, but I am going to order some nice Bosch ones, with the spoiler on the driver's side. I'll get 21", thanks

I would recommend giving the aeros a try for a while. I've used Bosch Aerotwins on the front for years now. They worked very well on the V70. I found they were quiet and efective in use and reduced the wind noise, even compared to the ones with a driver's side spoiler.

Likewise on my V40 and 'er indoors Mini Cooper. They are streets ahead of the original fitment. The C70 does have original Volvo purely for originality, otherwise, I would fit Aerotwins in a heartbeat.
