Volvo Cars continues to address the problem of rear-end collisions by introducing Collision Warning with Auto Brake - a refined warning system that makes the car brake by itself if the driver doesn't act when a rear-end collision with a moving or stationary vehicle is imminent

oooh i'm not sure about that.... it's all very clever but i must admit i like controlling my own brakes

Even when you're going to crash and burn as a result? Do you like to do without a seatbelt and hit your own head on the dash too?

But seriously....I think this is the next version of ABS. Volvo are up to version 8.1 at the moment.
