True, but you could remove the filter, clean it, replace it and totallly refill the reservoir in less time than it takes to half-fill the (much smaller) reservoir on a 940.

Drat - now I know what the spout on the top of the main reservoir is for!

Took off the filler neck and removed a truly disgusting piece of fine plastic mesh - the screenwash filter. It was absolutely clagging so I soaked it in hot water and some of Sainsbug's finest all-purpose cleaner for ten minutes, then scrubbed it by hand till it was clean.

Re-installed the lot, and watched the water and screenwash fluid pour in v. quickly, and come out of he overflow!

I doubt the filter's been cleaned in this century!
