t5 monkey is it that easy? You know the ones I mean? I am looking for the lights that are on the lux trim levels and some of the sport models....

Hey up,

I will have a pair of dual headlight black inserts going when I've swapped mine over to the silver ring jobbies.

You just need to take the headlight glass off and then swap the plastic insert.

Would they help?

I can do headlights with them, but they will be missing a few parts, so probably a bin job!

Why on earth would you replace the black ones with silver ones???

He's on about the black bezel but with the silver/chrome rings. They do look a lot better.

Can someone post a photo? Or a link to one on Google?

I keep seeing the odd S40/V40 pass me by with very sexy looking headlamps, with a sort of black edge surround, a bit like the new Saab 93 has, and I'm wondering what I should be looking for.
