Default noise when turning right

Hi.
2006 D5 auto.

when turning right there is a noise much like an increase in Engine noise. it almost as if the exhaust blows slightly when it happens.

there is no clunking or knocking and it's at all speeds but easier to hear when going slow around roundabouts.

any ideas

Could be a wheel bearing or steering rack/pump noise.

Does it happen when stationary - if so probably steering. Change the steering fluid.
If not - check the front wheel bearings.
