  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

How do you update your apps, do you have the Auto Updates Download option turned on?

Most likely depends on how old your phone or tablet is or what operating system version you have, my Samsung Galaxy tab 3 tablet running Android 4.4.2 has VOC 3.6.6 and will not update to newer versions, my Samsung S4 phone running Android 5.0.1 has VOC 4.3.2. With google maps, but I dont think it will get any more updates.

Lol, wasn't showing when I replied the first time - just refreshed and its downloading now :-D

Google Maps now...cool

My version of VOC App on my iPhone is 4.5.0
I just get a bunch of pending app updates available for my device in the App Store app and tell it to 'update all' before I go to sleep.

This is odd, I can't quite understand it. The screenshot you provide clearly shows that the version 4.5 you have installed introduced google maps (according to the comment and your experience). However, I've had google maps since version 4.0 in mid May. What device are you using?

In fact, I've just checked on my wife's phone, see screenshots attached, its running 4.4.3 and using google maps, as its been doing for many 4.x versions now.

I've also just realised that it was May 2017 when we saw google maps in version 4.0, not 2018, so nearly 17 months ago!!

Is it possible that its simply an incorrect version comment (i.e. 'This version has been updated with Google Maps and diagnostic improvements'), that has miss lead people, and that everyone has had google maps for some time now without actually realising?

Are you sure that is Google maps?

I've just updated to iOS 12 and VoC 4.5.0 on pm iPhone 7 and it looks like this (with Google bottom left).

Also the road number labels on you screen shot are different. Is the Legal link bottom left on yours clickable?
