Default 2nd row seats removal

Hi, can someone please advise how to remove the 2nd row seats in XC90 2007?

They are bolted in, two at the front and 2 at the rear. You will need to remove the plastic trim covering the bolts to remove them.

And note that they are connected to the Airbag system, so disconnecting airbag connector of the middle seat will generate an Airbag warning lamp.

How do you remove the plastic trim without breaking it. I removed the front two bolts with a 13 mm wrench. I do not want to break the plastic covers. I am doing this because I cannot move the middle seat down. There is a square rod in the bottom that, I guess, when the back seat release handle is pulled, turns that square rod. It is not attached on one side so the release handle does not lower the seat. I think I can fix it, if I can get the seat out. I wish there was a Youtube video.
