I'v done deadening to my former car 2009 V70, and I'm going to follow same pattern with V90:
-easiest part were new Dunlop tyres, wich I choose by low noise level. Shame I now have quite new Conti's... so that has to wait. (And I wont buy Dunlop's again - ride was awful in my last car..) naturally V90's 255/40-19 tyres are not the best choise eighter
-roof made biggest difference, I believe less echo were main thing. At same time I did b-pilar too..
-Doors, trunk and floor - I did'n notice by ear but I could see result by soundmeter

Work took about 2 full working days... result were good - conversation at highway speeds was easy with low volumes

My V90 D5 is quite silent when driving smooth surfaces, But around here new asphalt is very rare..

EDIT: Remember, every time when you get results with some noise you'll hear something which was hidden behind louder noise... With V70 I got only smooth/low volume wind noise, which were quite relaxing.. Let's see what happens with V90
