Default washer jets

one of the washer jets has packed up on my v40.. it's a 1997 car which originally had the two jet type fitted. i switched those for the newer spray ones like this a year or so back but one has now broken..

was just looking at replacement ones and spotted these which look like they will fit and do a better job by not bending the pipe and stopping flow..

anyone got any thoughts on this exciting subject?!

The jets you are looking at on ebay are the newer spray type washer jets fitted to later model V70's etc, you can fit them on the v40 but they spray extremely low on the windscreen and there is no way to adjust the spray nozzle angle.
I have fitted a pair of washer jets that have the led lights built in(not wired up though) and found them to be very efficient as well as very adjustable to suit your own needs. There is a good picture of them in my photos.
