D5 (2005 on) - S80 2007 D5 Startup Noise

I have a 2007 S80 D5 with only 35k mls. I purchased at 25k mls and the car has a perfect service record through Volvo dealers.

The car has been running great until recently and I have observed the following
1. On cold startup there is a bearing noise from lower part of enginefor about 5 secs then it disappeared
2. The engine is running rougher at idle.
3. The engine is noiser than usual and has a droning sound at some revs.
4. We have a small engine oil leak which is coming from underneath.

Background
All fluids have been checked
Oil changes and filter are being changed every 5000 miles as well as dealer services.
All filters changed.
Throttle body and turbo tube all cleaned
There are no fault lights showing.
Not acccerating as freely as usual however under turbo has plenty of power but again more noise and rougher idle.

As this is our first diesel any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks

Best to post a clip of the noise
Could be anything from a bad dual mass flywheel to leaking enginemounts or leaking exhaustmanifold
