  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default indicator lights not flashing when looking car

when i lock my v40 the lights don't flash once when it locks like it used too when i unlock it the lights still flashes twice the car locks ok but no flashing all help appreciated

I think this normally happens when the car thinks the boot or the bonnet are open, had this on my V40 last year it was the switch on the bonnet hap just come apart a bit, cleaned it and it was fine...

As already suggested, I'd take a look at the switch on the bonnet lock. I believe it's a common problem and I had exactly the same issue with my V40. In my case, the switch had merely moved out of position slightly.
