Default V60 sat Nav transfer to new car

Hi all,

I own a 2012 d3 Volvo v60 estate, which unfortunately got hit whilst parked and is in the process of getting written off.

I like the v60, so will probably just buy another one, but everyone that's coming up near me lacks a built in Sat Nav....

So my question is, would it be possible to somehow take out the interface system from the old v60 and transfer it into whatever replacement v60 I manage to get?

No basically , it's serial numbers and matched to the VIN for theft protection . and it's functions are spread around other control units in the car. It is not just one unit . The vast majority of V60 have it built in , it might be worth searching for one with it fitted.

Ah I did wonder if that might be the case! Figured it was worth a shot seeing as I'm not going to have much time to shop about so taking bits off the old one would have opened up options of buying one with less optional extras.

Oh well, can't be helped, thank you for your time!
